how to manage leads, difference of leads and opportunities
crm pipeline, configuration, settings, activate “leads”, check top leads, filter my leads, switch to canban view
create a new lead, title for lead, company name, e-mail, add to sales person, add a tag, note, save
convert lead to opportunity, merge with existing opportunity, create new costomer, create opportunity, check change in the chatter
configuration, sales team, check the option “leads”, create new lead, save and convert to an opportunity, merge with existing opportunity, add another opportunity to merge, merge different opportunity – all information from all opportunities are still saved an merged one
send e-mail to sales team and create opportunity, check out all information: Subject of e-mail is the title, body of e-mail is saved in the chatter
